DESPERTANDO SUEÑOS - 2023
In the depths of the abyss of homelessness, beyond these streets and the lack of shelter, unfolds a landscape of afflicted souls. Being homeless goes beyond the absence of a home; it involves dealing with mental illness, addictions, personal and family failures, job loss, and the breakdown of fundamental relationships.
In Florida, it is estimated that there are around 27,000 homeless people, with Miami-Dade County having the highest number of homeless individuals in the state. To heal these wounds of the soul, we must transcend imposed limits and bravely face this reality.
In this life scenario, a ray of hope emerges.
PAFF is a nonprofit foundation that promotes culture, and through its work, it opens the curtains of theater so that the homeless can find in culture a path to redemption and the restoration of their lost dignity.
